• Ensuring compliance in all areas of business we undertake as an employer under the Health and Safety legislation, standards, regulations, codes of practise and standard operating procedures.

• Recognise the duties of employees under the Health and Safety legislation, and provide the necessary Health and Safety Systems to allow employees to be responsible for being safe at work.

• Swift Access ensures all contractors and visitors and all third parties are accountable for adhering to our Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Swift Access directors and all management levels are directly responsible for preventing workplace injuries and incidents. It is the role of company directors and management to fulfil our commitment, and co-ordinate and provide the necessary resources & training to make sure our Health and Safety systems are effective.

• Swift Access has a supportive culture and we encourage participation from all staff, contractors & key stakeholders to ensure our Health and Safety practises and systems are regularly developed and maintained.

• Undertake regular reviews of our Health and Safety policies, systems and procedures to ensure we improve our performance in all areas of Health and safety.

• We have robust reporting systems to make sure all incidents, near misses & safety ideas are reported and reviewed in a timely manner.
